Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order, including Priority Shipping. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

States HI/ PR: it usually takes 2-4 weeks to deliver approx.
States GU/ AK/ AS/ MP/ VI: it usually takes 3-5 weeks to deliver approx.
For Other Countries/Remote Areas, it usually takes 2-5 weeks to deliver. Please understand any holidays, natural disasters, Customs clearance procedures, Pandemics, etc. may delay delivery times. Also, the estimated delivery time is NOT a guarantee. Delay sometimes happens, please be patient as most packages make it to their destination eventually.
•Tracking number
We will update the tracking number on our website as soon as we receive it from the carrier. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
•Wrong address disclaimer:
Buyers are responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is correct. MomiIsland is not responsible for orders being delayed or not delivered due to incorrect addresses being entered when ordering. If you think you have provided the wrong address, be sure to get in contact with us immediately at service@momiisland.com.
We can do nothing once we've shipped it.
•Lost or Stolen Packages

However, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. All orders are shipped to the address provided and are tracked to confirm delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
